The Women’s Nithtke Air Force 1 Low “UV Reactive” is a women’s exclusive look for the retro basketball shoe that features photochromic inks that give the shoe a new multicolor look when exposed to UV light. It appears as a variation of the Air Force 1’s “White on White” colorway when not in contact with UV rays. When exposed, the forefoot, eyelets, mid-panel, collar, and heel adjust into various shades of pastel colors. Specifically, the perforated toe and mid-panel turn yellow while the forefoot, eyelets, collar, and Swoosh transition from white to light blue, purple, and pink, respectively.
